Generative Fractional Payment Terms
Fractional Expert
Fractional experts are not charged for using our services.
- Payment Agreement: The Fractional Expert will invoice Generative Fractional monthly for projects carried out. Generative Fractional will invoice the client, adding a 12.5% service charge. Generative Fractional will make payment when the Client has paid.
Dispute Resolution: If there is a dispute regarding the services rendered or the fees charged, please contact Generative Fractional support immediately. We are committed to resolving disputes quickly and fairly, ensuring a positive experience for both Clients and Fractional Experts.
Client
- Payment Agreement: By registering on Generative Fractional, you agree to the 12.5% service fee on top of the fractional expert’s rate.
- Timely Payments: Payments are due according to the terms specified in the invoice. Late payments may result in interest charges and the suspension of your account until the balance is settled.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments through secure channels, including credit cards and bank transfers. Details for payment options will be provided with your invoice.
