1. Professional Experience and Expertise

• • • Legitimate Business Requirement: Only established companies or legitimate businesses seeking AI expertise for specific projects are eligible to register. We reserve the right to verify your business credentials before approving your registration.
  • Non-Competitor Policy: To protect the integrity of our platform and the privacy of our experts, companies that are deemed competitors to Generative Fractional, or that offer similar talent-matching services, are not permitted to register. This is to ensure that our candidates are not accessed by competing platforms.

2. Registration Process

• • • Company Verification: During registration, you will be required to provide valid business credentials, such as your company’s legal name, address, and a business registration number. We may request additional information or conduct further checks to verify your identity.
  • Account Approval: All client registrations are subject to approval by the Generative Fractional administration. We reserve the right to decline registrations that do not meet our standards or that we believe may pose a risk to the platform or its users.

      • • Example: If an expert’s advertised hourly rate is $100, the total cost to your company will be $112.50 per hour.
  • Transparent Billing: All billing through Generative Fractional will include a detailed breakdown of the expert’s hourly rate and the additional service fee. You will receive an invoice at the end of each billing period.

4. Professional Conduct

• • • Respectful Communication: All interactions with AI experts, whether during interviews or after hiring, must be conducted professionally and respectfully. Any reports of unprofessional behavior may result in the termination of your account.
